Key Responsibilities
- Underwriting Expertise: Evaluate and manage insurance submissions with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to underwriting guidelines and delegated authority.
- Customer Service Excellence: Respond to quotes, re-quotes, and endorsements with a customer-first mindset, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers to understand their needs and support business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Underwriting, Business Development, Claims, IT, and other teams to drive alignment and operational success.
- Market Insight: Research industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and contribute ideas to enhance our product offerings and market position.

Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3 years of underwriting experience in Commercial Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, or Management & Professional Liability
- Insurance coursework or certifications (e.g., CPCU, RPLU) are a plus
- OR 5 years in one or more of the following fields:
- Insurance roles (e.g., sales, claims, agent/broker)
- Financial services (e.g., banking, mortgage, consulting)
- Legal services (e.g., attorney, paralegal)
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to support and strengthen customer relationships (for applicable roles)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
