We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable & Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role focuses on managing AP functions while providing critical administrative support to ensure the efficiency of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility Areas:
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors, maintaining good relationships and accurate records.
- Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end closing, including journal entries and reports.
- Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions and supporting documents.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation related to AP.
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial and operational workflow.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting functions.
Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
