Registration/Collector at Holston Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center:
· Handles Payment Posting and Collections while also managing patient registration tasks.
· Serves as the first point of contact for our patients and their families, creating a positive first impression and ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently executed.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Required Experience:
- Previous front desk/registration experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
- Longevity in past roles.
