At Fantasy Bridal, we are dedicated to making every bride’s dream come true with our stunning collection of wedding dresses and exceptional customer service. We carry about 2,500 wedding dresses making us the largest bridal store in Utah, we are proud to say we carry sizes 0-32 and have options for every bride (coverage, color, non traditional). Based in Murray, Utah, we are looking to add to our Fantasy Bridal team with individuals who are passionate, driven, and career oriented.
Position Overview:
As our Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s voice and driving engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Director to develop and execute social media strategies that resonate with our audience and highlight the unique offerings of our bridal store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Develop and curate engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, including posts, stories, reels, and videos that showcase our bridal collections, behind-the-scenes moments, customer testimonials, and more..
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create and implement effective social media strategies that align with our brand’s goals and objectives.
- Audience Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media trends and conversations.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and the bridal industry to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Store Assistance: Helping with everyday bridal tasks at the store including but not limited to: Answering the phones and checking in clients
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing social media accounts, with a preference for candidates with experience in the bridal industry or related fields.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for engaging content and campaigns.
- Forward-Facing: Willingness to get in front of the camera to create social media content in the case our staff is unavailable to do so.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaboration: Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with marketing/sales professionals to achieve common goals.

Hourly Rate: $20 depending on experience
