Position: Cosmetic Injector Assistant
Location: Draper, UT
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday
Are you passionate about aesthetics and patient care? We’re looking for a Cosmetic Injector Assistant to join our elite team at Utah’s top facial aesthetics practice! Work alongside leading cosmetic injectors and three renowned facial plastic surgeons in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Cosmetic Injectors during clinic hours, accurately charting each appointment.
- Document all treatment plans and patient discussions with precision.
- Capture and manage before-and-after patient photos, ensuring all consent forms are signed.
- Handle patient follow-ups and assist with post-treatment care.
- Maintain smooth clinic operations, including room turnover and patient coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced medical setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with EMR software (2 years preferred).
- Background in medical assisting or aesthetics is a plus!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher.
- Medical experience preferred (MA, CNA, or similar background).
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is a plus.
Compensation: Pay is DOE (Depends on Experience).
