Hours : 6 : 30 am- 3 : 30 pm
46 Week Position
Quali f ications :
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred with emphasis on food service / hospitality management and / or nutrition / dietetics
- Accredited or eligible for Serve-Safe Certificate
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant food service experience in high-volume commercial or non-commercial food service industry, management experience preferred
- Knowledge of methods, materials, equipment, and appliances used in high volume food service operation
- Demonstration of high-quality job performance; possess leadership and management skills
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact appropriately with staff, students, and parents
- Experience with multi-site personnel management and coordination
- Valid driver license
- Knowledge of technology applications such as AS400, Meal Magic, Kronos, Titan, and Frontline
- Demonstrate proficiency in recordkeeping (i.e., health inspection, production records, and recipe management)
