Position Summary
Utility Trailer Manufacturing / HCEW Management Services LLC is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented National Accounts Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully coordinate orders through various stages of Billing & Invoicing.
- Implement Sales policies and procedures.
- Specification and pricing analysis of orders, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate & facilitate with our Transportation department the delivery of finished trailers to the customer’s location.
- AS400 data entry retrieval.
- Update customers, as needed, on the status of their orders.
- Oversight and administration of customer supplied materials to our plants, including analysis of reports & data entry of vendor/supplier information.
- IBM I-Series (AS400) data entry
- Will work with the National Account Sales Managers to provide administrative support and reporting to our customers.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Access, etc. (in particular, familiarity with EXCEL spreadsheets is critical)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Enjoy learning and working with people.
- Excellent math skills
- Self-Motivated.
- Willing to accept responsibility.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment.
