What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position at Utility Trailer Sales Of Alabama?
Description: We are looking for an individual who can manage accounts payable, ensure payments are up to date, research and resolve invoice discrepancies, maintain vendor files, work with other departments regarding accounts payable issues, and enter required details in accounting software. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to answering/directing phone calls, greeting customers in store, preparing payroll for payroll service provider, preparing bills of sale and entering info into software, preparing FET payments, and updating/filing vendor insurance certificates.
Skills Required: Individual should have organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, communication skills, problem solving skills, teamwork mindset, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience preferred. Degree in a related field not a requirement but would possibly offset lack of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
