Job Title: Front Desk Associate
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s booking system.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel reservation systems (experience with PMS software is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
