What You’ll Do

The High Ticket Success Coordinator role is a customer - facing position primarily focused on supporting our highest valued customers. The success coordinator handles the initial customer onboarding, Solves customer issues, provides quality assurance, and handles a large volume of communication via email, phone, and video call. This provided support can include, attempting to save refund requests, tech support and general inquiries. The High Ticket Success Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring our customers get started off right

Who You Are

• 3 Year in customer service
• Must have an interest in fitness, health & wellness
• Certified Personal Trainers (strongly preferred)
• Experience working Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Live Chat Software
• Extremely detail oriented
• Strong people skills
• Experience with custom satisfaction surveys
• Excellent conflict resolution capabilities
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms
• Ability to provide effective feedback
• Results driven
• Team oriented mindset
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel
• Personal Training experience is preferred
• Sales experience is preferred
