Job Description:

As an Intake Operator in our processing department you will perform duties necessary to control, test and communicate all milk and why flows throughout the plant to support Plant production activities. The core shift hours will be M-F 11 am- 7 pm, but must be available to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Follow all safety guidelines and unload milk into proper silo.

· Obtain required milk samples and test following standard procedures.

· Maintain licenses and certifications as required.

· Maintain all plant equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.

· Achieve all audits and inspection requirements.

Job Requirements:

· Must be able to perform those physical duties associated with intake process.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

· Previous intake experience is preferred.

· Good verbal & written communication and listening skills.

· Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) preferred.

· Must be a team player and have good attendance.

· Basic mechanical experience.

· “Safety First” attitude.

· Basic math skills.

· Ability to follow directions.

· Must adhere to all company policies.

· Obtain /Maintain Bulk Milk Weigher and Sampler License.

· Obtain /Maintain Milk, Food, and Water Analyst Certification.
