Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team in person at our California office. This role is critical in analyzing sales data, ensuring accurate commission calculations, and providing valuable insights to enhance sales operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and can effectively communicate with sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate calculation and reporting of sales commissions and quarterly bonuses.
- Run sales and business forecasts.
- Analyze and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and process improvements.
- Partner with the payroll team to provide timely commission and bonus payout amounts.
- Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, CRM, and ERP systems to manage sales data.
- Assist sales representatives in understanding commission structures and resolving discrepancies.
- Adapt quickly to changes in commission structures and business needs.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, CRM, and ERP systems for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Comfortable with occasional overtime during peak business seasons.
- Must currently reside in California and be able to work in person—remote applicants will not be considered.
