Qualifications: * Three to five years of experience focused on employment law and litigation, preferably with some experience in-house. * A law degree from a top tier law school and in good standing to practice in any state in the United States. * Strong analytical capabilities and judgment. * Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team as well as cross-functionally across teams. * Willingness to tackle matters outside area of expertise. * Ability to interact with HR teams and other legal team members (hence this is an office role and not a work from home role)
