Description / Key Responsibilities:
This employee will be working closely with the CAO and will be a crucial part of the Vacayzen fulfillment and accounting department. This role requires administrative competencies, organizational skills, and effective communication with team members and management. This position will allow the selected candidate to gain valuable experience in different facets of accounting responsibilities within the organization.
Accounting - 5 days per week. Duties include
- Completing bank reconciliations.
- Completing credit card reconciliation for the company credit card.
- Recording monthly journal entries for all Vacayzen entities.
- Recording monthly expense accruals.
- Recording monthly lease payments.
- Processing accounts payable on a weekly basis.
- Posting customer deposits and payments on a daily basis.
- Researching accounts receivable balances.
- Collecting outstanding customer balances.
- Processing monthly billing.
- Completing special projects as needed.
Fulfillment - 5 days per week. Duties include
- New Partner Onboarding - Tracked via PPR doc & Integrasoftware
- Post-commitment Partner Communication
- Partner Relationship Administration & Organization
- Adding / removing properties to existing signed-contract commitments
- Updating expiring / expired contracted commitments per new signed contract
- Renewing expiring / expired non-contracted commitments
- Channel Partner Billing
- Creation of Channel Partner bills using billing automation tool
- Recording of Channel Partner billed line items
- Recording of Channel Partner billing contacts
- Communication of created bills to CAO
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or older, currently be enrolled in college or graduated with at least a 2 year degree.
- Quickbooks experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable source of transportation to and from work.
