What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Coordinator position at Vaco by Highspring?
- Invoice Processing
- Payment Processing: Prepare and execute payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) to vendors and suppliers as per payment terms and schedule.
- Vendor Management
- Reconciliation
- Record Keeping: Maintain thorough and organized records of accounts payable transactions.
- Expense Reporting
- Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end close process by ensuring all accounts payable entries are accurate and completed on time.
- 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and vendors.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
