Part-Time Recruiter (30 Hours/Week) | Hybrid | Tempe, AZ
Vaco is partnering with a dynamic client in Tempe, AZ to hire an experienced Part-Time Recruiter for a 4-month contract opportunity. If you're passionate about connecting top talent with great companies and have experience recruiting in Accounting, Finance, or Technology, we want to hear from you!
This temporary position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and requires a commitment of approximately 30 hours per week. Pay is up to $40/hour, and interviews are being scheduled immediately!

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and internal databases
• 
  Review resumes and applications to identify top talent
• 
  Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• 
  Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records
• 
  Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• 
  Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
• 
  Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 
  Background in recruiting for a multi-unit retail or publicly traded company is a plus
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
