Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
Develop and oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Lead compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Partner with department heads to ensure workforce planning aligns with production and operational needs.
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and standardization.
Manage HR-related safety programs, ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends and recommend improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and union relations (if applicable).
Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior management.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and HR analytics.
Certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $175,000
