Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and exit interviews
Manage and administer benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), FSA/HSA, and leave policies
Coordinate and process biweekly or semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
Serve as the main point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures
Partner with leadership to support talent acquisition processes, including coordinating interviews and background checks
Maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with compliance tasks, including EEO reporting, labor law postings, and employee handbook updates
Support internal engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, recognition efforts, and team events
Contribute to process improvement efforts to streamline HR operations and enhance the employee experience
3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
Strong working knowledge of benefits administration, payroll, and 401(k) plans
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, or similar platforms)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Salary : $38 - $45
