Vaco Staffing is recruiting for a Mitigation Coordinator for a client in Sheboygan, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Instructs Crew Members on the scope of work.
- Maintains accurate time keeping information and job notes on daily time and materials sheets.
- Collects job progress photos using a smartphone and relevant applications
- Demonstrates proficiencies in the knowledge of general construction and property damage mitigation and restoration means and methods.
- Occasional travel to customer sites.
- Works with insurance companies on necessary information.
- Documents and tracks company equipment on assigned projects.
- Takes instruction from assigned project manager and communicates with them on a daily basis.
- Maintains and submits an accurate timesheet each week.
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Miniumium of 1 year of construction industry experience
- 2 years experience managing a small construction team
- Able to rotate through an on-call schedule for emergency situations.

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
