The Role:
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Project Coordinator of Creative Design plays a crucial role coordinating and managing the flow of work within the organization, ensuring that projects move smoothly from initiation to completion. The Project Coordinator of Creative Design will work closely with various teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain clear communication to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow and ensure the timely progression of projects through various departments
- Collaborate with creative team and other stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills, workload, and project priorities
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure a smooth flow of information
- Update stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks
- Identity and address issues that may impact project timelines or quality
- Assist and collaborate with designers to organize, file and maintain assets/structure on company servers
- Collaborate with teams to find efficient solutions to challenges that arise during project execution
- Continuously evaluate and improve workflow processes to enhance efficiency
- Implement best practices to optimize the project management and traffic coordination processes
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and adhere to established guidelines
- Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in obtaining quotes from print vendors, locating resources and building positive relationships
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role on an internal creative agency or in-house creative team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana) and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Acrobat
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of marketing and creative production process is a plus
- Value relationships and maintain positive attitude under high pressure situations
Education/Experience:
- A degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of standing, sitting or walking for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds when necessary

- Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000
