Administrative Assistant to Snowmaking—Seasonal / Full Time – Heavenly – South Lake Tahoe, CA
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant to Snowmaking will work to support the Snowmaking and Snow Surfaces administrative function. This includes assisting with processing payroll, purchasing and management of company purchasing software, general office and administrative function.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily/weekly employee labor, compile reports, track overtime.
- Serve as department purchasing coordinator, track receipts and invoices, ensure timely payment of any purchases.
- Assist in Human Resources function, including preparing new hire and transfer paperwork, screening potential candidates, distributing paychecks.
The following qualifications are sought:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Required
- Excellent customer service skills - Required
- Excellent organizational skills - Required
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word – Required
- Ability to learn new software programs (Peoplesoft, Procurement) -Required
- Strong oral and written communication skills - Required
- Fluent in English - Required
- Minimum 1 year previous administrative/office experience - Required
