Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older - required
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- Able to read, write, speak, comprehend and understand English conversationally - required
- Must be committed to providing excellent guest service
- Must have experience making Sushi/Sushi Rolls - required
- Must have at least 1 year of previous work experience in any field - required
- Positive work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude
- Must be able or willing to learn to properly use all kitchen equipment (Knives, Slicers, Ovens, Grills, Steam Tables…etc)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8hrs in a shift - required
- Must be able to lift, bend, and carry items with a combined weight of 30 lbs - required
- Flexible to assist in all areas of restaurant as necessary
- Must be able to learn and practice all rules and regulations of Safety and Sanitation - required
- Required to work every Saturday thoughout the winter season - required
- Certified non-slip shoes required to begin work - required
- End of Season Commitment Required (April 2015) - required
