Vehicle Driver (Part-Time/Full-Time) – Valdosta Toyota

Summary:

Valdosta Toyota is seeking a reliable and professional Vehicle Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up vehicles on behalf of the dealership. Whether it’s transporting vehicles to/from customers, other dealerships, or auctions, you’ll be a key representative of Valdosta Toyota’s commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

This position is flexible and can be part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and our scheduling needs. Compensation is mileage-based at $0.45 per mile driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up vehicles safely and on time.

• Operate and pull a single-vehicle trailer as needed.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers and staff.

• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure proper handling and condition of vehicles.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Complete delivery logs and maintain accurate records of mileage and trip details.

• Communicate effectively with the dealership team regarding schedules, routes, and any vehicle-related concerns.

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pull a single-vehicle trailer safely and confidently.

• Previous experience driving vehicles and/or towing is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly.

• Physical ability to perform light vehicle inspections and trailer hookup tasks.
