Job Summary : The Commercial HVAC Sr Project Manager oversees and manages all aspects of HVAC projects for commercial clients. They are responsible for coordinating resources, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Coordination : Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are clear and achievable.
- Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials. Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize project efficiency.
- Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and client specifications. Conduct regular inspections and testing to verify compliance.
- Budget and Cost Control : Monitor project expenses and control costs within the approved budget. Prepare financial forecasts and reports to track spending and identify variances.
