Compensation: up to $325,000 per year (Base up to $175,000)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead and drive growth within our client's large-scale enterprise customer base. This key leadership role will focus on managing and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue expansion, and fostering strategic relationships with key Fortune 1000 clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, preferably with a background in tech/telecom.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Account Executives focused on growing and managing enterprise and global accounts, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 companies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within key enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
- Drive new business opportunities while ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels with existing customers.
- Mentor and coach the sales team, providing guidance on sales strategies, negotiation tactics, and account management best practices.
- Set performance goals, track team progress, and hold the team accountable for delivering results in terms of sales growth, customer retention, and revenue generation.
- Manage key accounts, including developing strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Oversee the development of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to ensure a consistent and compelling message to customers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in Enterprise sales leadership, preferably in telecommunications or tech industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing enterprise accounts (Required)
- Experience working with Fortune 1000 clients and managing large, complex sales cycles
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
