What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobilization Specialist position at Valiant Integrated Services?
Responsibilities:
- Assist processing contractors for OCONUS deployment and process necessary documentations that required for contractor to be processed prior to deployment.
- Create LOAs and Maintain Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system on daily bases.
- Request and initiate Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS) accounts and maintain TASS tracker.
- Ensure personnel entered end receive copies of TASS and SPOT LOA prior to movement.
- Request Army Knowledge Online (AKO) email accounts for personnel prior to movement.
- Request theater and country clearances as needed for personnel traveling to specific country through Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS).
- Communicate with Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEER) to correct personnel Information as needed.
- Ability to communicate with USG customer/client to complete LOA/TASS initiations.
- Provide daily SPOT reports to the customers.
- Update Mobilization department spreadsheets and other tracking systems.
- Assist Mobilization Director in day to day functions for contracts/programs.
- Provide pre-deployment training guides/instructions to the deployed personnel and maintain records.
- Provide annual training requirements to the deployed personnel and maintain record.
- Update and create annual require lesson Modules per contract requirements.
- Maintain and track annual training rosters.
- Ensure all deployed personnel complete require annual/monthly training hours.
- Communicate/Coordinate with deployed Program Management team and Site Managers to ensure personnel complete require trainings.
- Requires extensive coordination with government concerning the SPOT, TASS, AKO requests.
- Processes employees/contractors for deployment by completing all required paperwork and documentation, e.g. TASS, LOA, AKO, and requesting country and theater clearances.
- Requires extensive coordination with CRC ensuring slots for contractors deploying each week.
Position Requirements
- Associate's Degree or some college
- Knowledge of Army Knowledge online “AKO” preferred.
- Knowledge of DoD contracts.
- Knowledge of creating training modules
- Knowledge of DoD, DoS deployment trainings
- Ability to possess U.S Army Security clearance or NACI is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Synchronized Pre-Deployment Operational Tracker (SPOT) database, and extensive interaction with government COR/ACOR officers and their staffs
- Familiarity with the Common Access Card (CAC) requests process
- Familiarity with CONUS Replacement Center (CRC)
