About the role :
The Marketplace Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our Amazon seller account, ensuring the successful execution of strategies to drive sales, enhance brand presence, and improve customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a great team player, as this role will be interacting cross-functionally with several teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and have a deep understanding of Amazon's policies and tools, with a proactive approach to market trends via online content and marketing strategies.
What you’ll do :
- Manage and optimize the Amazon seller account, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales, including SEO, PPC campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize listings.
- Monitor Amazon policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, marketing, and customer service, to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform strategy adjustments.
- Prepare regular reports.
