Overview:
This role is crucial to the growth of the vineyard vines Amazon business. The Digital Marketplace Manager will drive the business strategy, manage day to day and work with our marketing agency to build strategy and run campaigns. This individual will own the relationship with the Amazon vendor manager securing growth opportunities (including promotions), and resolve issues proactively. They will create, manage, and update business reporting while partnering with planning and operations functions to track inventory and work with the customer-vendor manager to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build business growth strategies to deliver annual goals including 3 year strategic plan
- Attend all seasonal line reviews providing insight on assortment given hindsight and current trends. Partnering with the merchants, select assortment and show to the customer
- Manage Open-to-Buy & P&L with planning/finance partners-fashion & replenishment inventory, and predict any future challenges based on sales trends to rectify short term.
- Working with internal marketing and digital marketing cross functional partners to develop Amazon store front strategy and deliver our #EDSFTG experience on Amazon
- Partner with Marketing agency and internal digital partners to understand, create, and execute advertising on platforms
- Identify styles for Amazon Store front, sponsored brand campaigns
What You Bring:
- 5-8 years of working experience
- Amazon experience- amazon vendor service (AVS) experience a plus
- Business management experience- planning, data analytics, operations
- Critical thinking skills
- Excel skills- pivot tables and analysis
- Curiosity to uncover business insights and re-focus business strategies to avoid risk and capitalize on growth opportunities
