ABOUT THE ROLE
The Prefab Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties to support the prefab operations team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Responsible for weekly time entry for the prefab nonexempt staff.
- Set up jobs and phases in the ERP system and provide updates through reporting and tracking.
- Coordinate materials- including placing material purchase orders and updating inventory tracking when materials are received and shipped.
- Generate reports to show billable hours for projects.
- Review invoices as they are received and coordinate with Accounts Payable for payment.
- Coordinate the monthly consumables from all branches and provide reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the Managers, Superintendent, and field employees as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
- Education: Highschool diploma required; College preferred.
- Background: Construction experience a plus, but not required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reasoning and Development: Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or/or oral form.
- Language Development: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

- The physical demands of this position require the ability to communicate orally and in writing, hear at a conversational level, use both hands, distinguish colors and shades.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently (34-66% time on job) be required to sit, use fingers. Occasionally (6-33% time on job) the employee will be required to stand, walk, grip with pressure, and twist or bend wrists. Infrequently (2-5% time on job) the employee may be required to climb up to 5 flights of stairs, carry 10 lbs. up to 10 ft., and keep wrists and feet in prolonged positions of flexion or extension.
