Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including clerical tasks and data entry.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with basic office tasks using DMS software.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
