Salary: $18.50 to $22.00 / hour, commensurate with experience

Experience:

• Working with preschool aged (33 mo. - 5ys.) children: 3 years
• Early Childhood Education: 5 years (Preferred)

Education:

• High School Diploma

Location:

• Valley Preschool, 413 Greeley St. S. Stillwater, MN 55082

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8 AM - 4 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and loving classroom environment at all times, no exceptions
• Interact proactively and positively with children to develop bonds and create trust at all times, no exceptions
• Bring a positive attitude eachand every day to help create and maintain a loving and nurturing learning environment at all times, no exceptions
• Meet the daily physical and emotional needs of the children within the class at all times, no exceptions
• Using school resources, help to create fun and developmentally-appropriate lessons for each of the classes
• Help to prepare for lessons in advance, following the school's policies
• Be ready prior to the start of the school day; each day, no exceptions
• Follow the school's guidelines and policies at all times, no exceptions
• Maintain open communication with staff at all times, no exceptions
• Display a positive attitude at all times, no exceptions
• Work well with and alongside a team of friendly and caring individuals at all times, no exceptions

The hired candidate will report directly to the to school's director.

This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with others. Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
