The Role
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will take the lead in selling luxury condominiums directly from our stunning sales gallery and, as construction progresses, onsite at the development. This role offers a unique blend of sophistication, ambition, and opportunity, with earning potential exceeding $100k annually. You’ll work within a close-knit team of experienced agents, engaging with high-net-worth individuals and delivering a seamless, concierge-level experience.

Key Responsibilities
Convert leads into clients, closing deals with exceptional service.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, addressing inquiries with finesse.
Build long-term relationships with buyers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with our marketing team on exclusive campaigns and events.
Represent Valor Capital at luxury real estate events and exhibitions.
Manage client interactions and records through CRM software.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 1 year onsite luxury condo experience preferred.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value transactions and meeting/exceeding quotas.
Mastery of sales principles, from client acquisition to deal negotiation.
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
Florida Real Estate License required.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and a relentless work ethic.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead management. Hubspot proficiency a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Commission: Uncapped, with potential to earn $100k in your first year.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as required.
Onsite position only—sales gallery and development site.
