Manufacturing Engineer
Location : Los Angeles
Summary : We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to optimize processes, increase productivity, and support our growth strategy.
Our client is a leading life sciences manufacturing company dedicated to advancing innovative solutions that improve human health. Responsibilities :
- Use Lean and other engineering tools to achieve transformational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive actions to realize them.
- Lead and coach teams to drive change and ensure outcomes are sustained.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to share and implement best practices.
- Enhance pull systems and integrate effective organizational change management.
- Research and test process improvements, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
- Plan and execute production capacity increases.

Salary Range : $125000 - $175000 / year salary range is an estimate of pay for project-based employment. Range varies based on knowledge and experience. Higher rates for short-term assignments and independent contractors.
