Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, develop customized treatment plans, and implement therapy techniques to support individuals with communication disorders. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse caseload and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech and language skills
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or RPE for Clinical Fellows)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current therapy practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
