What You’ll Do:
- Forecast goals and objectives for the store and motivate the team to meet such goals
- Successfully recruit, hire, and train Service Center team members
- Monitor and control store performance using appropriate reports and tracking systems
- Team development through use of VIOC Learning Management Systems
- Ensure exemplary customer service by managing procedures & processes
- Establish 24-hour follow-up with customer care cases to ensure future satisfaction of company services
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Uphold the company’s Vision and Values
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Have effective interpersonal, oral communication skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
