Job Opportunity:
We are growing and we are looking for a full-time Research Administrative Assistant to join our team!
You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Greeting and registering patients promptly, verifying insurance, and collecting payments.
- Handling patient concerns or escalations, and collaborating with the research department to find solutions.
- Keeping the front area clean, organized, and inviting, ensuring refreshments are stocked.
- Planning travel and managing reservations for national ophthalmology meetings.
- Exceeding patient expectations through active listening, effective communication, and empathy.
- Provide comprehensive patient education and counseling regarding research related procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule patients while managing the maintenance and distribution of schedules.
- Educate patients on their financial responsibilities, address any questions related to financial documents, and ensure all necessary consent forms are signed.
You Have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Excel and Word
- Previous customer service or administrative experience (helpful)
- A desire to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment
