Job Description:
Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Weekend Front Desk Representative to work at our Battle Ground Urgent Care location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and their families, collecting co-pays and insurance information.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, handle referrals, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Experience with Epic preferred.
- Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
- Strong computer keyboarding skills required.
Work Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday, 6:45am to 5:15pm. Training hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm for the first month.
Compensation:
Hourly compensation minimum $18.00, actual hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience.
