Clinician - Day Program
Education - Wynantskill Campus
Job Position
- Provides assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning for all assigned inviduals.
- Provides individual, family and group therapy to all individuals assigned to them and provides crisis interventions as needed as per IEP.
- Schedules, facilitates and documents Treatment Team and service plan review meetings according to agency/department standards.
- Works with appropriate school staff to monitor and improve individual's academic performance, school behavior, attendance and positive social emotional growth.
- Master of Social Work/Counseling or related.
- Experience with at risk youth and families.
- Specific programs my require specialized training.
- License preferred.
- Pay: $60,408
