Chief People Officer Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and business goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement across the organization.
- Provide executive leadership in all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive change management and organizational growth.
- Design and oversee strategic compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement performance management initiatives that promote accountability and professional development.
- Lead HR technology optimization efforts to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulations and best practices across multiple locations.
- Mentor and develop the HR leadership team, including the Director of HR and other key people leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15 years of progressive HR experience across talent management, learning and development, compensation, and employee relations.
- 10 years of leadership experience, including managing and scaling HR teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving cultural transformation and leadership development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and HR technology optimization.
- SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
