Personal Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to a highly visible Executive, including calendar management, email inbox organization, and travel booking.
- Coordinate meetings, events, training, and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and collaborating with internal teams.
- Manage relationship-building activities, including tracking key dates, organizing gift planning, and overseeing LinkedIn presence.
- Prepare monthly executive reports and handle personal appointments, errands, and household tasks.
- Travel as needed for company day trips or conferences.
Personal Executive Assistant Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior-level executive (President, VP, CEO, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree and prior experience as a personal assistant or household manager preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and OneNote).
- Proactive communicator with a warm, approachable demeanor and strong relationship-building skills.
- Service-minded with the ability to anticipate and support executive needs.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Volunteering and/or community engagement experience a plus.
