Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Generalist to manage a variety of human resources tasks and provide essential support to our employees and leadership team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys handling diverse responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Manage benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and employee data in the HRIS system.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Promote employee engagement and support diversity and inclusion efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Quickbooks
- PHR certification is a plus!
