Career Services Coordinator with College Counseling experience needed to join an incredible team!
What You Will Be Doing Includes:
- Assisting students with career advising and enrollment in programs
- Promoting brand to recruit students and negotiating and partnering with vendors
- Coordinating training classes and identifying training needs
- Analyzing and evaluating success of programs and quality of vendors
- Assisting with special events
Skills You Will Need Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in healthcare, labor management or education related fields
- Three years’ plus of experience in career development programs, higher education, or career counseling
- Experience with program implementation and tracking and analyzing outcomes
- Career coaching and advising background
- Healthcare and/or Union experience a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
