Vantage Hemp is a private startup company that has established a world-class large-scale hemp extraction facility in Greeley, CO. The company aims to become a key player in the rapidly growing CBD Industry and plans to expand quickly using cutting-edge extraction technology.
A little about the position : The CleanTech is responsible for keeping Vantage Hemp facilities and equipment in a clean and orderly condition by cleaning equipment, buildings, grounds, emptying trash, replenishing supplies, cleaning floor surfaces and bathrooms, moving furniture and equipment, setting up meeting rooms, performing light maintenance and basic repair work
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities :
- Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; polish furniture and fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and sterile working environment.
- Perform deep Cleaning and Disinfection tasks throughout the entire facility.
- Clean and stock restrooms, breakrooms, etc.
- Gather and empty trash and replace trash bags.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Steam-clean or shampoo carpets as needed.
- Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
- Responsible for cleaning equipment.
- Notify the manager concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Assist with removing snow or debris from sidewalks, lawn upkeep, and minor maintenance activities.
- Assist with packaging, shipping, and labeling duties as requested.
- Assist with other duties as assigned .

Work Hours : The company hours are 7 days a week, with 10-hour shifts. The expected hours for this role will vary, and the plan is to work 24 hours a day for the production facility soon. Employees' hours vary and are dependent on business needs. Monday through Sunday, hours may vary with the workload. On-call availability is required.
Compensation : $20.00-$24.00 / hour
Benefits : For Full-Time eligible employees, paid time off (3 weeks), 80 hours of sick time, and Employer-paid health and dental coverage for the employee only.
