This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Sylacauga, AL. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee performance, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values. The HR Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
