Varnish Lane is looking for a part-time Front Desk Coordinator in our Charleston, SC (Cigar Factory in the East Bay area)

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, personable, and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls to assist clients.
• Organize and manage appointments in our booking system.
• Maintaining shop cleanliness organization and assisting with inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a front desk agent or in a similar position.
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manners.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.

I would highly like a candidate with industry experience ( customer service, front desk, hospitality ) and previous experience in Salons, Spa, Hotels, and/or similar industry experience.
