Position Summary
This position is responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building relationships, negotiating, and securing business over the phone and in email. The Inside Sales Representative will play a vital role in growing our business and achieving revenue targets.
Position Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients to present and promote our services, primarily through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify and qualify prospects into viable leads as potential customers.
- Support the Enterprise sales team in efforts to meet and exceed company sales goals.
- Analyze leads to build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and keep records of interactions.
- Use CRM and Zoom Info software to track all sales activities, maintain customer records, and report on performance metrics.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better understand the market.
- Respond to customer questions, objections, and feedback professionally.
- Other duties as assigned
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
Education
- Four-year degree or between two to five years in sales or a related area, or a combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
Training
- Provided on the job
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient computer skills and in using Microsoft Office.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in an inside sales environment.
Nonessential Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with CRM/Zoom Info software and sales processes preferred.
