Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing documents efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in various software systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position will be in person; must be able to commute to Tallahassee, FL.
Duties
- Perform Document Evaluation, Image Correction, and Remediation (includes Microsoft Office, and Adobe PDF File Types).
- Prepping, scanning, indexing documents and edit documents using Adobe and MS Word software
- Create accessible PDF forms
- Input data from digital formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
- Type in data provided directly from customers and verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft office software (Particularly Word)
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat
- Must have Data Entry experience.
- Fiche experience preferred.
