Production Associate - Central Services

Vaxxinova US is seeking a Production Associate to join our Central Services team in Willmar, Minnesota. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that clean equipment is available for daily vaccine manufacturing. This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some flexibility and potential overtime depending on production schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

• Washing and rinsing equipment used for vaccine manufacturing
• Disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of production equipment and work areas
• Preparing/Wrapping equipment for sterilization
• Providing customer service to co-workers by ensuring equipment is ready for use
• Performing daily facility cleaning and maintenance of a clean work environment to assure sterility
• Maintenance of records associated with Central Services
• Completing and documenting required procedure and safety training
• Assisting other manufacturing departments when schedule permits
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Capabilities:

• Basic math skills required
• General proficiency with MS Office
• Mechanical problem-solving experience or aptitude are a huge plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize work and passion for detailed completion of assigned duties
• Strong organization, time management, and problem solving skills
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods, twisting, turning, reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• One (1) to two (2) years in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Two (2) year degree in any technical field preferred
