We are looking for Network resource for Hands & Feet (IT Support) Support to be based in Schenectady NY Site. Resource skill set should be an L2 Engineer to perform the below-mentioned tasks. Below is JD for the role -The intent is that this hands-on engineer would be a part of the larger Operations team.Resource to provide any standard network related support (hardware adds / removes, configuration, jumper cabling, etc) with the help of remote Operations as needed.Resource to work closely with site and region leads, existing network engineers, deskside support, and other IT members.Resource to coordinate with supplier and vendor visits (local cabling teams, internet service providers, voice / video, server installers, etc).Provide local Hands & feet support for the siteResource should have export control device access.Ability to collaborate and communicate well is very important as this is one of our most critical manufacturing sites.
