Position: ERP Application Administrator – Houston, TX (Hybrid)
A growing organization in Houston, Texas is seeking a skilled ERP Application Administrator to support and manage their Epicor Kinetic (on-premise) ERP environment. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) is essential to the success of the company’s manufacturing operations, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of their ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support for the Epicor Kinetic ERP system, with a focus on manufacturing modules.
- Troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and support end-users across departments.
- Customize Epicor using tools such as BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, UI customizations, Global Alerts, and DMTs.
- Create and maintain SQL queries and SSRS reports for data analysis and business reporting needs.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize processes and document system changes.
- Deliver user training and ensure proper system usage.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of hands-on experience as an ERP Administrator supporting Epicor, with a strong focus on the Kinetic version.
- Experience with on-premise Epicor environments and a solid grasp of manufacturing business processes.
- Proficiency in SQL for queries and reporting; experience designing reports in SSRS.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as the primary Epicor support resource.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
- Reports to the Director, IT – Applications.
- Collaborates closely with Business Process SMEs, System Administrators, Service Desk, and the Data & Analytics team.
